Videos ranging from movie reviews to original skits

All videos I produce will be posted on the website in their own series specific sections and my YouTube channel, SynthTube. There are four series in the works, each with its own theme and purpose.

But That’s a Different Story

An autobiographical video series in which I recount the odd, interesting, and/or funny events of my life. All names have been changed to protect the innocent and not so innocent alike.

Episode One: Bully Rehab
The time in second grade that I rehabilitated a school bully.

Episodes Two: Slaps
The time in middle school that I broke up a game of slaps and embarrassed a bully.

Episode Three: Tackling a Wrestler
The time in high school that I was done being bullied by a group of junior varsity wrestlers.

Chance Encounters

A docu-series in which I bring the audience with me as I explore interesting topics or experience exciting things. I had planned a set of excursions to show off some of the intriguing world around me including a tour of local pizza places, trips to the museums, and a great deal more. However, the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic has made much of what I planned unsafe at this time.

However, there is plenty to encounter from the safety of my home and immediate area. From finding a fitness routine that works for me long-term to talking about disabilities with friends who live with them, the possibilities are endless. Keep an eye on the General blog in From Our Perspective for upcoming news on this series.

Continuity Critic

A video series in which I share my comments, questions, and concerns about how various pieces of media (movies, TV, books, etc.) hold up to their own internal continuity, or how close they follow the established rules and events of their own world. My main focus are long-running movie franchises such as the Halloween franchise and the Saw franchise. This won’t be limited to horror, but I enjoy a good laugh, I mean, scare.

Original Skits

Any of the videos where I have written the script. Most of these videos will be comedic in nature, a way for me to just enjoy performing in front of a camera. I will also be making modernized parodies of old performances such as the classic Abbott and Costello act “Who’s on First” but it’s about a tabletop fantasy game.
